Boondi-raita-2.jpg

Boondi Raita is a delicious side dish, which is easy to make and goes with almost any Indian dish! Boondi is a term used for crispy fried gram flour balls. Boondi can be made at home but more often than not people make this dish with store-bought boondi. Amongst many brands selling boondi, my personal favorite is Haldiram's. I find their boondi just perfect! You can use any boondi you like for this recipe.

BOONDI RAITA IS READY TO SERVE.

SERVE COLD.

Notes -
